| After serving as Minister of the First Divine Science Church of St. Louis in the 1990's and also again in the 21st Century, Reverend Roma Carlisle has retired from active Ministry, and has moved to Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda's Ashram, a spiritual community, outside of Bangalore, India. She is pursuing the path of enlightenment, and participating in creating a high frequency environment for other Enlightened Beings to take form, whether through birth, or lifetime spiritual attainment. The theology of Advaita Vedanta, in her opinion, is Divine science, and she is pursuing her destiny and fulfillment as a Divine Scientist in the company of this young, Enlightened Master, Nithyananda. Her spiritual name is "Ma Nithya Karunananda," meaning Eternal Compassionate Bliss. She continues to serve Divine Science on the DSMA Board as a "Member at Large." |
