Rev. Andrew “Andy” Kress
Divine Science minister

February 6, 1950 – December 9, 2010

Rev. Andy Kress and his wife, Ella, found their way to New Thought in Hot Springs, AR in 1981. Andy was ordained Brooks Divinity School in Denver. In 1983, Andy became pastor of the independent Divine Science Creative Life Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Rev. Andy was Arkansas District President of the International New Thought Alliance for 18 years and was Vice President of the DSFI. and past Secretary/Treasurer of the Ministers Association. Rev. Andy also was a past President of the Garland County Arkansas Interfaith Council. Rev. Andy had six articles published internationally.

Rev. Andy and his spouse Ella moved to the Oregon Coast in 2007 , where they established “Weddings By The Waves” in Yachats, which served the central Oregon Coast from Florence to Lincoln City. Rev. Andy spoke and presented classes in various New Thought and Unity Churches in the area, performed wedding and memorial services, and occasionally played drums professionally with several different bands.

Andy is missed by all who knew him.
